Standardized phosphating treatment can enhance the adhesion between the cabinet surface and the coating, and the uniform paint layer thickness and good coverage effect during electrostatic spraying make the product appearance consistent, smooth and flat, and have the same corrosion resistance, which can maintain good condition for a long time under different use environments.

From the perspective of electrical component installation technology, unified installation procedures and standards are essential. Strictly follow the electrical schematics for wiring, wiring and component fixing to ensure that the electrical connections in each switch cabinet are accurate, firm and reliable. For example, the tightening torque of the terminal block is standardized to avoid poor contact or heating failures due to loose wiring, and ensure that the electrical performance of different products is stable and consistent.

In addition, the quality inspection process is a key link to ensure quality consistency. In the manufacturing process, from raw material inspection to semi-finished product inspection after each process is completed, and then to the comprehensive inspection of the final product, through a variety of inspection methods such as voltage resistance test, insulation resistance test, etc., unqualified products are discovered and eliminated in time to ensure that only products that meet quality standards can enter the market, thereby maintaining the overall consistency of product quality.
